Ich fuhr letzte Woche von Hellersdorf über das Europa Center nach Reinickendorf, um schnell eine Reklamation im Schulranzen Geschäft zu erledigen. Der Verkehr war gruselig, doch alles wurde gut, als ich im Laden stand und einen wirklich fabelhaften Support erhielt. Unkompliziert und vertrauensvoll wurde die Reklamtion auf den Weg gebracht. Ich kann das Geschäft einfach nur weiterempfehlen. Und schließe mich den anderen sehr guten Bewertungen an. Hier geht man gerne einkaufen, kann die Taschen ausprobieren, die Qualität prüfen. Es kümmerte sich sofort eine nette junge Verkäuferin um uns, nahm sich unserer Enkeltochter an und sagte, "der Ranzenkauf soll doch ein tolles Erlebnis sein". Und das war es für unsere Kleine auch. Wir wurden toll beraten und mit der Enkeltochter wurde spielerisch der gesamte Inhalt ihres ausgewählten Ranzens untersucht. Zum Schluss gab es noch eine Urkunde mit Foto. Auch wenn wir viel zu früh waren, wurden wir super lieb beraten und unser Sohn hatte sehr viel Spaß dabei. Die Auswahl ist wirklich sehr gut und die Beratung hätte deutlich mehr als 5 Sterne verdient. Haben sich wirklich viel Zeit genommen, mein Kind gemessen, mit mir und dem Kind geredet , um herauszufinden was uns wichtig am Schulranzen ist. Haben Übungen mit meinem Kind gemacht, um zu schauen, wie gut die verschiedenen Marken etc passen und am Ende gab es ein tolles Foto mit einer Urkunde mit dem neuen Ranzen. How important is the care of leather goods?

Leather care is very important. Many products need to be impregnated so that they can withstand the weather outside, for example. Some products need to be greased regularly to prevent them from becoming brittle and there are many other things to consider when caring for leather – we will be happy to advise you.

How many brands do you offer?

We have a total of 2 brands in our range that also offer leather goods. These include all kinds of products, such as bags in various shapes and different accessories as well as different designs and colors – the right product for every taste and purpose.

Where can I look at your leather goods?

You can find all our leather goods and other products in our store in the Europa-Center, at Tauentzienstr. 9-12 in Berlin. We are open for you from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 and 20:00 and will be happy to advise you on your purchase.

Can I also order leather goods and all other products from you online?

We do not currently have our own online store. However, you can reserve or pre-order your favorites with us and then pick them up at the Europa-Center in Berlin at any time. You can simply book your order online for a free appointment or call us on 030 / 23 00 20 23.

Can I find leather bags for business with you?

By all means! We have laptop bags, briefcases and backpacks made of leather, all of which are perfect for business use. Both men and women will find what they are looking for in our large selection and the timeless and simple design of the leather bags guarantees you long-lasting satisfaction with the products.

Are there also leather bags that are suitable for traveling?

Yes, they do exist. On the one hand, there are classic leather travel bags. On the other hand, we also have large leather bags in which you can store a lot and backpacks that are also suitable for short trips.
