Ich fuhr letzte Woche von Hellersdorf über das Europa Center nach Reinickendorf, um schnell eine Reklamation im Schulranzen Geschäft zu erledigen. Der Verkehr war gruselig, doch alles wurde gut, als ich im Laden stand und einen wirklich fabelhaften Support erhielt. Unkompliziert und vertrauensvoll wurde die Reklamtion auf den Weg gebracht. Ich kann das Geschäft einfach nur weiterempfehlen. Und schließe mich den anderen sehr guten Bewertungen an. Hier geht man gerne einkaufen, kann die Taschen ausprobieren, die Qualität prüfen. Es kümmerte sich sofort eine nette junge Verkäuferin um uns, nahm sich unserer Enkeltochter an und sagte, "der Ranzenkauf soll doch ein tolles Erlebnis sein". Und das war es für unsere Kleine auch. Wir wurden toll beraten und mit der Enkeltochter wurde spielerisch der gesamte Inhalt ihres ausgewählten Ranzens untersucht. Zum Schluss gab es noch eine Urkunde mit Foto. Auch wenn wir viel zu früh waren, wurden wir super lieb beraten und unser Sohn hatte sehr viel Spaß dabei. Die Auswahl ist wirklich sehr gut und die Beratung hätte deutlich mehr als 5 Sterne verdient. Haben sich wirklich viel Zeit genommen, mein Kind gemessen, mit mir und dem Kind geredet , um herauszufinden was uns wichtig am Schulranzen ist. Haben Übungen mit meinem Kind gemacht, um zu schauen, wie gut die verschiedenen Marken etc passen und am Ende gab es ein tolles Foto mit einer Urkunde mit dem neuen Ranzen. Before we take a look at our large selection of children’s backpacks, let’s first ask what exactly you need: How old and how big is the child, is the backpack intended for kindergarten, preschool or simply for leisure time, what should be in the backpack, do you like a certain brand or is there already a certain design that you prefer, e.g. a figure or an animal or should the backpack simply be blue, pink or yellow? Questions upon questions that we ask ourselves together so that we can then choose the right models and you are not overwhelmed by the choice.

After we have analyzed and collected all your wishes for the new backpack together, we will show you what is available and what to look out for. When trying on the backpack, we now pay particular attention to ensuring that it fits your child’s back length perfectly and that the ratio of body height to backpack size is balanced. The volume of the backpack is also important. You are welcome to bring things that you want to put in the backpack with you to the consultation so that we can try out together how much volume the backpack needs to have. Only when we have found a model with a suitable size and volume can we start choosing the design. Most brands offer their backpacks in several designs, so there is something to suit everyone’s taste – now all that remains is to decide between the favorite animal and the favorite character!

How many different brands do you offer?

We have 7 brands in our range that offer children’s backpacks. Not all of them have models for kindergarten, leisure and school, but we have suitable backpacks for every purpose in our store and will be happy to advise you on choosing the right model.

Where can I look at and try out your children's backpacks?

You can find our large selection of children’s backpacks in our store in the Europa-Center, at Tauentzienstr. 9-12 in Berlin. We are here for you from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 and 20:00 and can advise you on the purchase of children’s backpacks, school bags, suitcases and more.

I already know which model I want - can I order it online from you?

We do not currently have our own online store. However, you are welcome to reserve or pre-order your favorite model from us and then simply pick it up at the Europa-Center in Berlin. The best way to send us your order is by e-mail via kontakt@schulranzen-europacenter.de or by phone on 030 / 23 00 20 23.

Do you also have satchels in your range?

Yes, we do! In addition to our large selection of children’s backpacks, we also offer school bags, both for primary school children and for older pupils, and will of course be happy to advise you on your purchase. Among many others, you will find the brands Ergobag, Step by Step, Scout, DerDieDas and McNeill. We also offer backpacks, suitcases, leather goods and travel accessories at the Europa-Center in Berlin.

I would like to surprise my child with the backpack - does it have to be included with the purchase?

Of course, your child does not necessarily have to be present at the purchase if you would like to surprise them with the new backpack. However, it is an advantage if the children try on the new backpack so that we can see exactly whether the ergonomics of the backpack suit your child. If this is not possible, you are welcome to come back to us afterwards with the child and backpack and we can see together whether the model is suitable and, if necessary, exchange the backpack for a suitable one.

Can the rucksacks withstand a day out in the rain?

Many children’s backpacks are dirt and water-repellent and therefore offer good protection for the contents. However, there are also special outdoor backpacks from some brands that can withstand even more than the conventional ones. Just ask our specialist staff, they will be happy to advise you and show you the appropriate models.
