Ich fuhr letzte Woche von Hellersdorf über das Europa Center nach Reinickendorf, um schnell eine Reklamation im Schulranzen Geschäft zu erledigen. Der Verkehr war gruselig, doch alles wurde gut, als ich im Laden stand und einen wirklich fabelhaften Support erhielt. Unkompliziert und vertrauensvoll wurde die Reklamtion auf den Weg gebracht. Ich kann das Geschäft einfach nur weiterempfehlen. Und schließe mich den anderen sehr guten Bewertungen an. Hier geht man gerne einkaufen, kann die Taschen ausprobieren, die Qualität prüfen. Unser Berater nahm sich viel Zeit, um uns bei der Auswahl des perfekten Schulranzens zu helfen. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich der geduldige und freundliche Umgang mit meinem fünfjährigen Kind. Es kümmerte sich sofort eine nette junge Verkäuferin um uns, nahm sich unserer Enkeltochter an und sagte, "der Ranzenkauf soll doch ein tolles Erlebnis sein". Und das war es für unsere Kleine auch. Wir wurden toll beraten und mit der Enkeltochter wurde spielerisch der gesamte Inhalt ihres ausgewählten Ranzens untersucht. Zum Schluss gab es noch eine Urkunde mit Foto. Auch wenn wir viel zu früh waren, wurden wir super lieb beraten und unser Sohn hatte sehr viel Spaß dabei. Die Auswahl ist wirklich sehr gut und die Beratung hätte deutlich mehr als 5 Sterne verdient. Haben sich wirklich viel Zeit genommen, mein Kind gemessen, mit mir und dem Kind geredet , um herauszufinden was uns wichtig am Schulranzen ist. Haben Übungen mit meinem Kind gemacht, um zu schauen, wie gut die verschiedenen Marken etc passen und am Ende gab es ein tolles Foto mit einer Urkunde mit dem neuen Ranzen. How many brands do you offer in your store?

We have a total of 10 brands on offer. However, we have several models and designs of most of them on site, so that there is the right model for every back and the right design for every taste.

Where can I have a look at your backpacks?

You can find our store in the Europa-Center in Berlin, at Tauentzienstr. 9-12. We are open from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 20:00 and will be happy to advise you on your search for the perfect backpack during this time.

Can I also order backpacks from you online?

You are welcome to order your favorite item from us and collect it from our store in the Europacenter in Berlin. There are no additional shipping costs and the price remains the same. Do you have backpacks for men and women?

We offer backpacks for women, men and children in our store. Many models are also suitable for unisex use due to their design.

Do you also offer travel bags?

On the one hand, we have backpacks that are ideal for traveling; the Onemate models, for example, even replace carry-on suitcases. We also offer suitcases, travel bags and travel accessories in our store. For your hiking vacation, we also have daypacks for short trips and touring backpacks for long hikes.

Can I also transport my laptop safely in a backpack?

Most backpacks now have a laptop compartment in which you can transport your laptop well protected and padded. This also makes your new backpack the perfect companion on the way to work or for a business trip, and unlike when buying online, you can compare backpacks from different brands directly with us: You can see and feel the shape, feel, material, volume and color on site. Bring all your equipment with you and test for yourself whether everything fits well!
